What is Nicoise Salad ?

Serving of mixed greens Nicoise Salad is an exemplary French plate of mixed greens that is brimming with fish, potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, olives and eggs. This formula incorporates a tasty new spice vinaigrette that you’ll need to eat on everything.

( Salad Nicoise is one of my favourite dinner salad. )

INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD NICOISE

80 g Diced boiled Potatoes.

40 g long diced Green Beans.

3/4 Diced red Cherry Tomatoes.

1 bunch Lettuce Leaves.

1 can Tuna Fish.

50 g Diced Cucumber.

1 medium Diced Onion

Salt and Pepper to taste.

1 cup French Dressing.

1 pc Boiled Egg.

1 bunch Diced Celery.

1 bunch Parsley.

1 pc Lemon.

3/3 pcs Black/ Green Olive.

NICOISE SALAD COOKING METHOD

Put all the ingredients and mix it very well with French dressing and platting in glass salad plate (Bowl) , garnish with boiled egg in 4 corner topping with cherry tomatoes and parsley.

It is very delicious and a healthy salad that i have recommended to you.
