A Burger is a dish of a 2 flat bread which is filled with a minced grilled meat or minced vegetable patty served with a two split bun with various condiments and toppings. The patty may be grilled , smoked, or pan fried. The Burger toppings can be made by our choice.

Likewise, A Sandwich is made with a two slice of bread filled with vegetables and meat .

How to you keep your chicken Burger from falling apart ?

To keep your Chicken Burger from falling apart try adding the breadcrumbs to the mixture before you shape the patties because breadcrumbs absorb the moisture and hold together and maintain the shape.


Ingredients for Chicken Burger

For Burger :-

  • 1 Pound of Chicken Breast.
  • 2 Cloves of minced garlic.
  • 1 slice Cheese
  • 1/2 medium of minced Onion.
  • 2 Tablespoon of fresh Oregano.
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh Chives.
  • 1 cup of Bread Crumb.
  • 3 slice pickles
  • 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil.
  • 2 split Hamburger Bun.
  • 2 slice bacon.
  • 1 Butter leaf Lettuce.
  • 1 large Tomato.

For Burger Sauce :-

  • 1 teaspoon Dejon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked Paprika


First :-

Make a Burger Sauce by mixing the all the sauce ingredients ( mustard, mayo, salt and pepper and smoked paprika )

Second :-

Oil and pre-heat the grill to medium high heat.

Third :-

Chop the chives and oregano and prepare your toppings.

Fourth :-

In a medium to large bowl, add the ground chicken, chives, oregano, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, mayo and salt and pepper. Using your hands, gently mix everything together, taking care to not to over handle the mixture.

Fifth :-

Form the burger patties one by one and place them in a sheet of wax paper. You should be able to make six average-size burger patties or four larger ones. Using you thumb, create small hole in center of each patty so they cook evenly.

Sixth :-

Cook burger patties until internal temperature is at least 165 F . Cooking time really depends on your grill and the thickness of the patties.


Seventh :-

Once the burgers are cooked , you can toads the buns for about 30 seconds on each side if desired.

Eighth :-

Assemble burgers by spreading the mayo onto each bun and adding the burger patties and toppings.
